Ship­ping & Returns

Worl­wide shipping.

All ship­ping within Aus­tralia is han­dled by TNT car­rier. A stan­dard fixed fee of AUD$20 is charged and deliv­ery is esti­mated for the next day. For all other des­ti­na­tions, ship­ping is AUD$50.00. All inter­na­tional orders are shipped via ECI and deliv­ered within 3–5 work­ing days.

Cult Sta­tus accepts all returns, except for jew­elry, scarves, sun­glasses and sale items if requests are made within five days from the date of receipt of the mer­chan­dise. Once autho­riza­tion has been granted, the pack­age must be returned within 5 work­ing days for orders within the Aus­tralian ter­ri­tory and 14 work­ing days for inter­na­tional orders. Cus­tomer will be respon­si­ble for all re-shipping and insur­ance charges.

Goods sold are non-refundable. Credit notes will be issued toward future pur­chases only. Exchange is only allowed once on each ini­tial purchase.

All prices posted include GST (Goods & Ser­vice Tax) which will be deducted from the total cost of inter­na­tional orders.
