Solestruck is a footwear site spe­cial­ized in men’s and women’s shoes, with its store in Port­land, USA.

The family-run shop is led by a small team with a pas­sion for shoes which has ded­i­cated itself to the sin­gu­lar mis­sion: “to rid the world of ugly shoes one pair at a time”. Of course per­sonal taste is sub­jec­tive, and as always beauty is in the eye of the beholder. What is  cer­tain is that the shop will not dis­ap­point expec­ta­tions in terms of vari­ety and orig­i­nal­ity of pro­posed models!

Solestruck, whose objec­tive is to pro­mote and pub­li­cize the lat­est trends and indus­try design­ers, offers a wide range of brands, emerg­ing design­ers and inde­pen­dent labels, as well as a curated Vin­tage section.

The struc­ture of the web­site with its clear graph­ics will surely help the vis­i­tor to cope with the  ini­tial dis­may when faced with the unique­ness and vari­ety of the mod­els pro­posed, by guid­ing him through mul­ti­ple selec­tion fil­ters such as brand, model, type, size, color and heel heights.

Ship­ping & Returns

Ship­ments are car­ried out worldwide.

The shop makes use of United Stated Postal ser­vice, UPS or FedEx depend­ing on the cho­sen ship­ping ser­vice which ranges between stan­dard (6–10 days) or Express (1–4 days). Costs vary depend­ing on the coun­try of des­ti­na­tion, start­ing from a min­i­mum of $28 up to a max­i­mum of $50. Within the United States and Canada stan­dard deliv­ery ser­vice is free.

The shop accepts returns. In order to exchange mer­chan­dise you must first make a new pur­chase and then pro­ceed with the return of the orig­i­nal item. Solestruck must com­plete returns oper­a­tions within 60 days from date of shipment.

Returns made within the United States have a cost of $5,95 (equiv­a­lent to the amount of the pre­paid label to use for the return ship­ping). That amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. For inter­na­tional orders, pro­ce­dures for the resti­tu­tion of the order and related costs are charged to the customer.
