Ship­ping & Returns

Ship­ments are car­ried out world­wide via UPS courier.

For deliv­er­ies within the Euro­pean Com­mu­nity expenses amount to €10 and require approx­i­mately 1–3 days.
For all other des­ti­na­tions, fares vary depend­ing on the amount spent and on the des­ti­na­tion, start­ing with a stan­dard price of €10 for pur­chases for an amount equal to or exceed­ing €500 up to a max­i­mum cost of €55.

Returns or mer­chan­dise exchange must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. The costs for the returns are borne by the customer.

Pay­ments with credit card can be per­formed also through wire transfer.
